I believe it's everyone's DUTY to vote in EVERY election. In fact, I don't think I've ever missed an election since I was 18 years old, in any State I've lived in. That's why I was down this afternoon voting in this years Honolulu Primary Election. People who say their vote doesn't count are usually those people who don't vote. Get registered for this years general election on Tuesday, November 12, if you haven't already.
