Evil Lyrics is a neat (free) little window that pops up and shows the lyrics for whatever song you're playing (works great with iTunes). Saw it at the Download Squad.

Film Loop looks like a pretty cool photo application. You can create loops of your photo's, invite others to view them and organize the loops. I'm giving it a try out right now. PC Magazine has a good review of it and gives it 4/5 stars. It's free but a little bit of advertising in the loops.
