I saw Task Switch XP Pro 2.0 mentioned on many sites and gave it a whirl. By far the best task switcher I've ever tried out (so far at least :) If you keep multiple windows/applications open this program is screaming out your name. Try it our right away and quit searching for that window you have open somewhere (you know who you are :) I would love to use this at work, but we run Windows 2000 and this baby is XP only :(
