Okay, I've watched the video and practiced until my fingers are raw and almost bleeding and I think I've almost got it!!!! Well, actually I tried it once, got my t-shirt rolled up into roughly a ball shape and gave up and had a beer instead. It sure looks easy on the video though? Thanks to Lifehacker.

The title says it all. The first one is Fission, which turns your address bar into a progress bar also. The second is Backpack Pages. This presumes that you have a Backpack account (sign up for the free one) and displays your Backpack pages in a Firefox tab. Cooooool stuff!
