One of my favorite baseball players of all time, passed away today. Kirby Puckett of the Minnesota Twins played baseball the way I always thought it should be played; with infectious joy. He loved playing baseball and you could see it in him every game. He is one of the few players that I think would have played the game for free. I'll always remember his home run in the sixth game of the 1991 World Series and Jack Morris' complete game victory the next night. One of the greatest World Series of all time. His time came too soon.
From the people who showed us how to fold a shirt fast comes how to peel a potato in one step (it looks like more than one step to me, but what the hay). Link from Lifehacker.
I must resist! The tempataion is great to get this latest Canon Elph SD430. Why? Because it's wireless!! Arghhhh. If only it was 7.1 Mega Pixels like my current SD500. I can't go backwards with the Mega Pixels man! I'll have to wait for the next incarnation.
