The Hawaii Supreme Court has decided, that if you get hit by a golf ball while playing golf, it's tough luck for you. I thought that was always the way it was but I guess I was wrong. It took the Hawaii Supreme Court to decide this? They should have just asked me :)

Skype announced today, that for the rest of this year, all SkypeOut calls within the US and Canada will be for free. What this means is that you can use Skype on your computer to call any landline or mobile phone in the US or Canada for nothing! Free long distance! This has got to drive the phone companies beserk! Look for some kind of legislation coming soon to outlaw this kind of setup. The phone companies won't want to see anybody getting a free ride.
