 15 Minute Windows XP Tune-Up
Tweak3D.net has a good article on Tuning up your Windows XP system in 15 minutes. Some good stuff, including the use of CCleaner (I have mentioned Crap Cleaner before? Haven't I?). Also talks about cleaning off your desktop, which I talk about a couple of posts down.
