As usual, my online shopping lately has far exceeded any kind of store purchases (except for groceries of course). Some recent places I've shopped at include: amazon.com, hammacher.com, patagonia.com, dreamessentials.com, barneys.com, gosmile.com, and menscience.com. Nothing was bought but essential items of course :)

A good 4 part look at Obesity in America on MSN Health & Fitness. Basically, people need to eat more vegetables and fruits and get off their asses and get some excercise. That's not so hard to do, is it?

I haven't been blogging very much lately, mainly due to some other projects I have going on right now. Another reason is that I'm almost out of storage space with Radio Userland (1% of 40MB left) and I'm debating whether or not to move this blog to a different platform. (TypePad or Blogger or WordPress). I can always buy more space, but the advantages of using the other blog services are that I can blog from any internet connection, whereas with Radio I need to have my it running on my home computer. I'll sleep on it for another couple of days before deciding what to do.
