I used to make lasagna once in a great while, but always hated the whole process. It's just too many layers and too much time. Much easier to buy a frozen one at the store, but it's never as good as homemade. The solution? Last Minute Lasagna from Real Simple Magazine. I made one today and it came out perfecto! Give it a try and you'll be eating lasagna at least once every couple of weeks from now on!
