I saw a few good downloads over on the Download Squad in the last few days. #1 is AVG AntiVirus 7.5 Free Edition. I've talked up AVG in the past and this new version is supposed to be a substantial upgrade. I think that older editions of AVG will auto update to this version, but check it out, just to make sure. One more thing about this edition of AVG. If you are using the Outlook 2007 Beta (like I am one one computer), you need to give this article a quick read. It's about turning off e-mail certification in AVG, so that the bodies of your email's show up in Outlook. #2 is AM-DeadLink. This is a program that checks and detects dead and duplicate links in your browser bookmarks. Works with Firefox, IE, Opera and Mozilla. The program will also download favicons for your bookmarks if you wish. Good stuff!!
