This acrylic painted on a 24" x 24" "gallery-wrapped" canvas is approximately 1 1/2" deep with the sides painted black as a complement to the design. Industria #5 has been painted entirely in iridescent and interference paints, so it is difficult for digital photography to capture the way the piece looks different in various lighting situations. The half-spheres are dimensional and are raised from the main surface. I have done my best to capture the essence of the piece, and have provided shots taken in a few different lighting situations. Details and alternative views provided in the enlarged view. A highly textural piece. Signed, titled and dated on the back.
