Rugged Tablet PC

These guys need to use colored plastic and sell a version for kids. I've been telling colleagues for a while that a portable dvd, palm device, and one of these would sell like hotcakes.

Wedding tablet

My cousin got married this weekend and they asked me to introduce all the extended family at the wedding banquet later in the evening. Typical fair with weddings, unexpected guests and no-shows, the list of relatives was changing, I was thinking that i'd be able to edit my list up to the last minute after seeing who was actually in attendence at the banquet without having to read the 60 names from tiny notes in the dim lighting, but just read off the tablet. But alas, I didn't feel like walking around with the tablet at the dinner, just didn't think it would be that appropriate.

It could have been a pretty cool guest book though. Maybe I could had taped a feather to the end of the pen.
