I'm not having a good day. I'm sick and I've spent the entire day cleaning my apartment (which is still a mess) and sitting on the tiolet. I'd guess that what I've put in my mouth today weighs far less than what has come out the other end. That doesn't seem normal.
If you were observing me today you might conclude that we were under some sort of a chemical terrorist attack. The article explains that "the best way to determine that something has occurred is by noticing the symptoms that you yourself may be developing or noticing the symptoms of the people around you including..."
1. An acute onset of severe headache
2. Blurry or double vision
3. Profuse runny nose
4. Watery eyes
5. Drooling at the mouth uncontrollably
6. You may notice other people around you having small pinpoint pupils or uncontrollable urination or defecation.
I'm displaying almost all of these symptoms... with some qualifications:
1. This happens almost everyday
2. Only immediately after waking up this morning
3. Not this one.
4. Again, only after waking up.
5. This is more of a normal thing for me.
6. I don't know about the pupils but I can confirm the uncontrollable defecation.

I know it's crass. These things are important to me but also I don't want to waste a lot of time on most of them.
Whether I write them down or not I carry them around in my head so why not just write them down.
