IBM portal takes dictation. Paul Festa says that IBM has introduced software that enables its Web sites to take dictation. [Smart Mobs] Wow, too cool.  This takes accessibility up a notch.  IBM has been messing around with dictation for years and coming out with some really cool uses for it. 1:33:02 PM    comment []
