Two days ago two Jehovah's Witnesses came at my door telling me they knew I had asked them not to visit my house any longer (there was a time when they came once a week) and asking me if that was still my position.
So I asked them if my earlier request was the reason for them to visit me again against my wishes. Some people never learn; they are always ready to twist things in their favour.

However, religion can be worse than that. Much worse. A simple cartoon can incite the violent wrath of the religious fanatics. And we all know how even presidents say they are led by 'religious principle'.
The sudden upsurge in Islamic veils in many countries is not a religious thing, it's a political protest. Religion is quite often used or abused for political reasons.

AlterNet: "Christian extremists are preaching a war against tolerance to target and persecute all Muslims, including the 6 million who live in the U.S."

When I have the time I'm certainly going to read Dawkin's book The God Delusion.
Don't forget to watch these three videos.

Kangaroo courts are set up and torture is still practiced... by politicians who call themselves 'Christian'.
Unprecedented violence is not only seen among youngsters, but it seems to be copied by those youngsters from our very own authorities.
Amnesty for their illegal activities is granted to themselves by themselves. Cartoon.
