Amnesty International has released a report about the decline of human rights and accused the US of torture.
Haaretz: "The report says the 'Israel Defense Force' is responsible for the deaths of some 700 Palestinians, including 150 children, 'most of them unlawfully'."
Guardian: "Walter Jones, the Republican congressman for North Carolina who was also the brains behind french toast becoming freedom toast in Capitol Hill restaurants, told a local newspaper the US went to war 'with no justification'."

FinancialTimes: "The Pentagon is preparing to release a report on the Chinese military that warns the US that it should take more seriously the possibility that China might emerge as a strategic rival to the US, according to a senior government official."
In fact, America does not want any country to become prosperous, as that would endanger the place of the US as a world leader. It is not the Chinese military that worries the US, but its economic wealth and power.
