On October 25 Frank Figueroa, then one of Florida's highest-ranking federal law enforcement officers and the former head of a national program formed to target child sex predators - Predator, Department of Homeland Security - was charged with exposure of sexual organs and disorderly conduct.
AZCentral: "On Wednesday, prosecutors prepared to extradite Brian J. Doyle, a senior public information officer in Homeland Security in Washington who faces 23 felony counts of using a computer to seduce a child and transmitting harmful materials to a minor."
This raises doubts about the ability of an agency responsible for safeguarding the country to ensure the security credentials of its own people, let alone the security of the nation.
Or does Bush choose his personnel from a list of potential felons?
