LasVegasSun: "Saddam Hussein's trial for the killing of 180,000 Kurds in the 1980s resumed Monday with the late dictator's seat empty, nine days after he went to the gallows. The court's first order of business was to drop all charges against Saddam."
That's why Saddam had to hang now. To prevent the exposure of the US as a collaborator to mass murder. If Saddam had been found guilty of war crimes, Tony Blair and George Bush would be next in line.

SEA: "The election results showed both the resonance of our message and the work that lies ahead for Scientists and Engineers for America. In state after state, the voters supported pro-science candidates and demonstrated that they want a government that respects scientific integrity and scientific truth."

WatchingAmerica: "The American secret service, the CIA, could be responsible for manufacturing the nearly-perfect counterfeit 50 and 100-dollar-notes that Washington pins on the terror regime of North Korea. The charge comes after an extensive investigation in Europe and Asia by the Sunday edition of the Frankfurter Allgemeinen Sonntagszeitung of Frankfurt, and after interviews with counterfeit money experts and leading representatives of the high-security publishing industry.
North Korea is one of the world's poorest nations and lacks the technological capability to produce notes of such high quality. According to the Frankfurter Allgemeinen Sonntagszeitung, North Korea is at present unable to even produce the won [the North Korean currency]. The sources, which do not wish to be identified, allege that the CIA prints the falsified 'Supernotes' at a secret facility near Washington to fund covert operations without Congressional oversight."

Now that there is again a proliferation of nuclear arsenals, thanks to George W. Bush, we might as well know what the effects can be.
"This java-based interactive calculator shows the distribution of fallout, by wind, from nuclear bomb blasts of various yields. The contours depict calculated radiation doses of 300, 25, and 1 REM at 96 hours after detonation."
