AfterDowningStreet: "At 10 a.m. on Friday July 25th, the House Judiciary Committee will hold a preliminary hearing on the topic of impeachment, with a presentation by Congressman Dennis Kucinich. This is not yet a true impeachment hearing, but it is our opportunity to push for one, and it represents a tremendous victory after years of effort by millions of Americans who want to keep the Constitution alive. This never would have happened without your hard work. And we can't let up now!"
Cindy Sheehan in BuzzFlash: "Bringing Articles of Impeachment against BushCo will not only bring resolution and justice to our nation and the world, but if this regime is made to be held accountable for their crimes and abuses of power, then future administrations may be slower to commit such blatant and belligerent crimes and the world will be a safer and more peaceful place. But there is an overriding reason for these proceedings to be instituted as soon as possible: A president is not above the law, or the law. A president is an elected official who has a duty to obey, carry out and protect the laws of our land, not break them as if he were a dictator of a banana republic, not leader of a once great nation. We need to restore our greatness and our credibility to a world that despises us for allowing BushCo free rein to commit their aggressions against the world."

Crying girl darts away from Bush at White House tee-ball game.
"Emily, it's OK. There are a lot of congressional Republicans running away from Bush during this election year too."
AmericaBlog: "Even today, British conservatives can be annoying and pompous but hardly as extreme as the current lot of right wingers we have in the US."
It gets worse in Israel. Nothing funny here.
LATimes: "The basic rule for Marine boot camp is simple: Keep your mouth shut and mind your own business.
But it's different when the subject is suicide."
