Observer: "Family doctors will be financially rewarded for encouraging sick patients back to work under highly controversial plans to reform the welfare state."

In a society in which money decides, some doctors will soon send sick people back to work.
In the Netherlands health insurance companies - not doctors - will in certain cases be allowed to decide which medicines the patients get. Money prevails over health.
