Independent: "In particular, I see a place where the innocence of childhood is being eroded by hardship and sickness, by fear and danger and poverty. What I take from this is that we are witnessing the end of the 'Age of Innocence'."
Thas was Giorgio Armani in the Red Independent, of 21 September 2006, guest-designed by Giorgio Armani. Half the revenue from the edition will be donated to the Global Fund to Fight Aids.
Also in this edition:
"Tony Blair is facing fresh pressure to stand down soon from Labour officials worried that his 'long goodbye' is disrupting the party's plans for next May's mid-term elections."
It figures, Blair does not want a Labour party that really cares for people, so he'll sabotage it as long as he can.
