Yes I use .Mac and have for quite a while. No I don't mind paying the fee. Am I using all the features, no. Yes I've had a mac.com address for quite a few years and yes I know they've been having e-mail troubles.

Apple is showing a preview of Panther (OS X 10.3) on its .Mac website. Panther will offer .Mac members much improved iDisk capabilities. New features will include enhanced performance, offline access, and automatic file synchronization between your computer and your iDisk. [dotmac.info]

As previously noted, weblog protocols are stuck in a rut. We want to work together and solve the problems, but political battles keep getting in the way. It’s time to put our differences aside and solve the problem.

I support the weblog format roadmap. Let’s start fresh, work together, and get the job done.

I hope you’ll join me and announce your support for the roadmap from your weblog. If we get enough people behind this, maybe we can see some forward motion in this space again.
