About PictureScaler A batch processing tool for optimizing image sizes. It is especially useful when you need to down size your digital photos for email or a website.
PictureScaler allows you to resize, rotate and set a target file size for your pictures. It will also convert between various image formats, create thumbnails and retain digital camera data (EXIF).
