> Lawrence Lessig's "Wireless Commons Manifesto"

The growing use of unlicensed "open" spectrum for wireless communications networks shouldn't have been a surprise [truck drivers figured it out a long time ago; it's simple, cheap and you don't need anyone's premission] But the question is; will it "start another revolution" as Lessig and others have suggested? And, if it does, what will that revolution look like? Is it a "commons" or a more traditional service provider model. I don't know but it is a facinating question.
