Tom Cruise was staring at me
I'm driving home from work and I stop at a stop light. I glance to my left and do a double-take because I'm pretty sure that's Tom Cruise grinning at me from the driver's seat of the car next to me. I look again, and it actually is Tom Cruise, giving me a big winning smile with all those white teeth. And Denzel Washington. And Mike Piazza. Wha....?
The girl driving the car (a white Jetta, if that's important to you) had flipped down her sun visor and rotated it to the left, so it was lying flat against the driver's side window. For her own personal inspiration, entertainment, or some other reason about which I'd rather not speculate, she had taped photos of good-looking actors and athletes on the underside of her sun visor. It was these photos I saw grinning back at me when I glanced over at her car.
