Happy Eastah
So...here's the big Easter menu:
- Maple glazed ham
- Asparagus with lemon butter
- Roasted carrot puree
- Biscuits
- New potatoes with chive butter (lots of butter on this here menu)
Miraculously, everything was hot and on the table simultaneously despite the fact that the ham took 2 1/2 hours as opposed to the hour and a half it was supposed to take. The family was very forgiving, though so all worked out well. Even the dog behaved (well, if you don't count the theft of that one asparagus spear...)
