I've published example # 110 that illustrates the declarative technique required to have one area of your JSF page update to reflect the user's changing the current row in an ADF Table when you've set the auto-submit property to true on the table's selection component.

I'm a little late in blogging a link to the many new features in JHeadstart 10.1.3.1 maintenance release. The team has also published an updated JHeadstart FAQ where they clarify in question 9 that independent software vendors (ISVs) who are part of the Oracle Partner Network can use JHeadstart to create packaged applications for resale without requiring that each of their own company's customers purchase a JHeadstart license (unless, of course, their end customers want to generate new pages of their own using the technology.)

See the Step-by-Step ADF/JHS Tutorial if you're interested to learn more about what additional application generation productivity JHeadstart can offer Oracle ADF developers.

I've added example #109 that illustrates a generic technique for declaratively populating attributes (typically the primary key) of any entity object from a database sequence.
