(shannon) 2003 is sneaking away, and if there is a spirit to each year, this one is surely looking forward to 2004 and to better days. Personally, I am committed to being aware, alert, calm and involved in all aspects of life. When we let go of the reins, when we abdicate our guidance, the horse runs where it will. This is true on every level, including politics. Politically I feel the horse ran away with the rider, and I don't just mean Bush. I mean that we are the riders, each of us, all of us. So let's take this ride with skill, courage and the spirit of community large and small. It's a big and beautiful world, and yet small enough that we really are all connected by those visible and invisible strands which are to be honored.

Musically, George and I are looking forward to beginning to write a new batch of songs, even as we search for a champion to help us promote all our music past, present and future. We are thankful to all of you for supporting our endeavors and have loved replying to our site's journal messages. Check in there anytime and get personal!!!

What I wish for each of you in the New Year is exactly what I wish for myself (no, not the Porsche or the Jimmy Choo's!)...I wish for your health, happiness, and for a life lived fully and to it's magnificent extremes!
