I am still drawn to images from September 11th. I am sorry if you came here unprepared for this picture. I think a picture like this helps me remember how important life is, and to live life to the full. From a philosophical point of view, this photo shows a man that is alive, but is about to die. That, in itself, is truly shocking to me.
