Nothing to see here, just some white guys... One would certainly have to question why an individual would feel compelled to stockpile sodium cyanide, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, unless they had some bad intent. Y'know, it does kind of make me wonder. It makes me wonder, as Atrios and Orcinus have both noted, why this story isn't getting more press. Could it be because they're white? If some muslims had at least 100 other bombs, bomb components, machine guns, 500,000 rounds of ammunition and chemical agents [and ...] some chilling personal documents indicating that unknown co-conspirators may still be free to carry out what appeared to be an advanced plot it'd be a pretty good bet that this would be flashing across Fox [ahem] News and every other major outlet pretty much non-stop. In America white guys aren't terrorists, they're patriotic vigilantes and there haven't been any terrorist attacks since 9/11--or at least none on our shores, which is all that matters. 5:46:32 PM    comment []
