I noticed on the Mayday Belgium site that Paul Van Dyk will *not* make an appearance, contrary to what I had read before (I can't remember where I got that bit, maybe it's just my dreams). I'm so disappointed. I'm pretty disappointed with the entire line-up in general. It seems that we're just gonna get another edition of I Love Techno in the Mayday hall and the trance hall is just a missed opportunity. I can't really feel the true Mayday spirit in that lineup. There's no blending of all dance styles like what you get in Dortmund. Overall, it seems to be a compromise towards what the organisers think Belgians want to hear and I'm just not the compromising type. Don't mind my nagging too much though, I'm gonna buy my ticket tomorrow.
