Here's a subtle useability glitch...in fat-client Outlook (version XP and higher), when you Dismiss a reminder, the focus moves to the one below it. So if you eyeball a series of 3 consecutive Dismissable reminders, your practiced fingers perform Alt-D 3 times in quick succession.

In Outlook Web 2003 version--which shockingly closely mimics the fat-client version, the focus moves to the top of the list. So you dismiss a reminder unintentionally, and worse yet, you don't know what it is you just dismissed.
