Korea Journalist SEOUL - A South Korean photo-journalist jailed last year in China while documenting a failed escape bid by North Korean refugees has exhausted all legal appeals and is pinning his hopes on parole, his wife said. Activists to help North Koreans flee to Japan and South Korea in fishing boats arrested Seok Jae-hyun in January 2003 in the port city of Yantai while covering an attempt.
