Brutal Torture in Shandong Province Exposed
Sleep Deprivation For 3 Weeks, 12 Electric Shock Batons Used Together on One Person for 8 Hours
A policeman at Kuiwen District Police Department force-fed Dafa practitioner Li Xingjian, causing bleeding; Changle Labor Camp police beat practitioners' lower body with belts, and forced another into a tub of ice-cold water during the wintertime; during practitioner Li Xingjian's hunger strike at the Wangcun Labor Camp, criminal detainees, ordered by police, brutally tortured him. Widespread torture in custody of Falun Gong practitioners by police in Shandong Province detailed.

Mr. Zheng Fuxiang Dies After Enduring Painful Torture in Changchun's Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Zheng Fuxiang was a 35 years old Falun Dafa practitioner from lived in Sanxing Village, Qingshan Township, Yushu City, Jilin Province. In order to expose the persecution of Falun Gong orchestrated by Jiang Zemin, Zheng Fuxiang and his wife Deng Lijuan went to Beijing twice to appeal peacefully for Falun Dafa. As a result, Mr. Zheng Fuxiang was imprisoned and tortured for four years. He passed away on April 7, 2004.

Dafa Practitioner Ma Liqin Is Completely Paralyzed by Police Torture
Ms. Ma Liqin is a 47 year old retiree from the Qitaihe City No. 204 Geologic Exploration Team in Heilongjiang Province. Following severe torture by police, there were bruises all over her lower back, legs, feet, and hands. After being rushed to a hospital, Ms. Ma woke up four days later, having completely lost the ability to move her body.
