U.N. Arrest Warrant for Indonesian General. A U.N.-backed tribunal issued an arrest warrant against Indonesia's former military chief and current presidential candidate Gen. Wiranto on charges of human rights abuses during East Timor's bloody break with Jakarta in 1999, during which about 1,500 people were killed. [Los Angeles Times World News]
