A British All-In-One Is a Laptop on Tiptoes. England is not known as a hotbed of PC manufacturing, but a new machine from the British company Pelham Sloane may put the region on the design map. The company's PS1500 gracefully integrates the computer into a flat-screen monitor that is essentially a laptop standing on its edge. The entire unit is less than two inches deep. By Andrew Zipern.
