Help with some External USB Boot Management. I need some quick help with something. Whoever knows about how to boot Linux from a USB device, please read on. Update: Culprit found: it's a Linux kernel bug. Patch here. I wonder why this patch didn't make it to the normal kernel releases, it's been out there since 2001 and SuSE/Debian continue patching their kernels manually with it.
