Federal Taxes are Due! AHHH! It's tax time again and I've procrastinated till today again!?! I'm using Intuit's TurboTax for the Web, but it seems like I can't file an extension electronically. The IRS's site must be swamped, cause I can barely access it. OK .. finally finished my extension by calling E-file by phone. Why do we go through this ritual every year? What's it like in Japan?
