Maybe they've gone a bit overboard with the "human right" spiel, but there's no doubt that Estonia is making some serious progress on the technology front.

A bunch of interesting stuff in here - but perhaps the most interesting was that Adobe has acquired Cool Edit from Syntrillium. That's my main PC audio editor .... so I can be assured that the price will go up, probably way up. Adobe make good software, but habitually overcharges for it. Oh well, I guess there's always Sound Forge.
