The Perfect Project

Watching the war on television last evening, I was struck by the comments of an author who wrote a book about fear. He said that one of the most important things for people as they dealt with fear was having most of the happenings in their worlds remain ordinary.

So, the 40+ coalition nations are waging war with Saddam Hussein and the rest of us are trying to normalize our lives and work. This is best when there is actually nothing I or we can contribute to the quick progress of the war.

So, I wrote about how to manage the perfect project. I have done a lot of work in this field over the years and this is the recommended process (output) from my experience of successful projects. I trust these fifteen steps will work for you.

How To Manage the Perfect Project

Warmly,

Susan
