Leadership Laws

I've just started reading The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell (Thomas Nelson Publishers - Nashville). He says that if you practice each of these 21 laws, people will choose to follow you.

His laws include:

People follow leaders who are stronger than themselves. (Respect)

People follow leaders that they trust. (Solid Ground)

"When the real leader speaks, people listen."

"Anyone can steer the ship, but it takes a leader to chart the course."

Simple, but profound, thoughts. I'll be sharing more.

John Maxwell is one of the more prolific management and leadership authorities writing today. Find his work at  Thomas Nelson Publishers.

Warmly,

Susan
