In What Really Works, I did get to the next chapters. The second of the four required elements for organization success is, "Execute Flawlessly."
Execute Flawlessly consists of these factors:
"Deliver products and services that consistently meet customer expectations." (Keep your promises.)
"Empower the frontlines to respond to customer needs."
"Constantly strive to improve productivity and eliminate all forms of excess and waste."
Other words that leapt out at me included interchangeability and discipline, two of my favorites.
