Double Blog ... The blog tool at About rolled out today. I do plan to have fun with it and make almost daily posts as I have here. I suspect that I'll be slower here while I am getting used to the new blog tool. It will roll out on my home page about July 1 and replace the current format. I'm really looking forward to your comments and continued readership. For those of you who missed my recent post, I'll likely make posts here more personal and opinion-oriented since I don't want to write the same blog twice. I am in the process of developing a list for companies that tells you where to invest your time and attention. Next, I plan to attack how to measure the effectiveness of each of the activities we require of HR for business success. I apologize that these papers are in the writing stage, but they will get to you and we will talk about them when they have arrived.
