Today was a wonderful day in a client company. We held the monthly all-company meeting in conjunction with the activity committee sponsored hot dog lunch. People worked hard and will be rewarded - I'm not sure how...
Hot dogs were regular, kosher, chicken, and vegetarian, as the commitee tried to honor all requests for diverse needs. This is always a challenge because of the diverse religions, dietary needs, and personal choices of employees. But, for a cohesive, employee-friendly company, it is these small efforts that bring large rewards.
