In John C. Maxwell's The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, he addresses the following ideas as significant for leaders. He says that people:
- follow people who are stronger than themselves,
- need trust to follow you,
- touch the heart of others before they reeach out a hand.
The most amazing part is that John C. Maxwell has written twenty-two books (at most recent count), talks to thousands of people every year, and I think he still has a life.
