Just a quick note today to let you know that the arrival of the blog homepage has been delayed a day, I am sorry to say. I had looked forward to its arrival this morning. The word is Tuesday (tomorrow).
On a sadder note, Katharine Hepburn, one of my all time, if not my ALL time favorite, actors died yesterday at 96. She had glorious years and impact most of us only dream of having. I'd like to talk more about that impact actors can have, but not on Katharine's day.

I will mention, however, that another of my greatest favorites died June 12. Katharine would be proud to share the limelight with him.
