Currently, a client is interviewing a candidate with solid credentials and very good references. Sometimes, I feel as if the questions I am asking the references are personal. But, I am trying to determine whether the candidate will be a good "fit" with my client. We already know we like him and are bringing him back for a second interview. We like his knowledge, his experience and his reputation for obtaining results.
