Dear People,
I have a family reunion occurring in upper Michigan at our cottage next week, so I will miss some days of the blog. Just an early warning, assuming you enjoy it.
We have a new Director starting at a client company. He is under "attack" by his former company who wants him to sign a belated non-compete agreement. Since they asked him to resign, I'm amazed at their approach, but then, anyone can sue anyone in this world, I am learning.
