Carly's Way

Dear People,

Carly Fiorina gets up at 4:30 in the morning, is extremely driven, demands much from people and is turning the Hewlett Packard culture into one of performance - and some say - fear.

I read this article with a great deal of interest. She has apparently changed the HP culture from one of consensus to performance, engineering and R&D to sales and customer focus and more. I really liked this article and you will, too.
