Outsourcing?

Dear People,

Take a look at my most recent article. It's just a brief article based on a study by the Society for Human Resource Management, but it gives you a good picture of what HR departments are outsourcing these days. Based on this study, one of the HR people in a client company is researching outsourcing their 401k administration. It takes her a lot of time and she is not an expert. We'll see what's out there and available.
